I am planning to introduce the new technologies in hip endoprosthesis (Resurfacing hip replacement) in Othopaedics and Traumatology Clinic in Kaunas Medical University. To develop and expand MIS (Minimal Invasion Surgery) in Hip Knee endoprosthesis. To introduce the tarsus endoprosthesis in Othopaedics and Traumatology Clinic in Kaunas Medical University. To take part in multicentral studies using anticoagulants for hip knee endoprosthesis. To take part in the knee endoprosthesis multicentral register. I take part creating remote studies module “Orthopaedics diseases of knee joint”. Intended courses about new technologies in hip and shoulder endoprosthesis in Finland and USA. Intended traineeship about MIS technologies in joint endoprosthesis. I plan to learn French. Personal, technical skills Driving, working with digital technique, photography. Socials skills and competence A took part in introduction of “ATLS” courses, I am taking part in the multicentrical clinical research in order to use anticoagulants after proximal femur extremity fracture and after knee joint operation where endoprosthesis were used. Foreign language English, Polish, Russian, French Organizational skills and competence I am a head of “ATLS” courses. I lead in students’ Orthopaedics and Traumatology circle in Kaunas Medical University.
